Qualifications

Amanda has an Honours Degree in Psychology (1993) from the Australian National University and a Masters of Clinical Psychology from University of Queensland (1997). She is clinically endorsed and holds membership of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), APS College of Clinical Psychologists and Australian Association of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Ltd (AACBT). 

Experience

Amanda has extensive experience working in mental health settings, including the Queensland Health mental health system and private practice. She has had an on-going association with the University of Queensland as a clinical supervisor providing supervision to students in the post graduate clinical psychology programs.

Practice

Amanda has a special interest in the treatment of all anxiety disorders, especially Social Phobia, but also specific phobias, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder and OCD. Amanda also has a particular interest in mood disorders.
